As part of our current project on genome editing and human reproduction, the Nuffield Council on Bioethics have launched an online survey and call for evidence on genome editing and human reproduction.
The survey link is: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/6NRBD8V
It aims to gather as wide a range of views as possible on ethical and practical questions around potential future uses of genome editing to target heritable genetic conditions or characteristics other than those associated with illness and health.
We are also refreshing our 2016 call for evidence, with the aim of gathering more in-depth information from organisations and individuals with an existing interest in or knowledge about genome editing.
We would like to invite the British Fertility Society to contribute to these initiatives.
Both the survey and the call for evidence are open until 30 June.
